All sessions are priced simply and transparently. Most therapies are available in 30 or 60 minute sessions — some have a minimum of 60 minutes. K.O.R.E Therapy is offered as a course of sessions only.

K.O.R.E Therapy — course pricing
K.O.R.E Therapy is a course-based treatment and is not available as a single one-off session. Packages are as follows:

Booking & payment
Sessions can be booked online via the booking link below. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Tessa’s practice is based in Wilby, near Wellingborough, with free parking on site.
