Booking & Cancellation Policy

Women only

D.r.E Therapy is a women-only practice. Appointments are available to women only.

If a booking is made by a man, the appointment will be declined and the booking fee will be forfeited. Please do not book if this applies to you.

Booking

Appointments can be booked online via Setmore or by contacting Tessa directly by phone or email. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Sessions are held at Tessa’s practice in Wilby, Northamptonshire. Free parking is available on site.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may still be charged.
  • If Tessa needs to cancel your appointment, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Late arrivals

Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
