K.O.R.E Therapy
KORE Therapy uses functional muscle testing to prove poor sporting performance & identify the hidden imbalances that is causing the weakness. It alerts the immune system & programs the immune response to heal the body.
Once the weakness or imbalances have been identified, a unique treatment plan is designed to release targeted areas to give the body maximum release for it’s own repair.
KORE uses a mixture of both Eastern and Western medicine. Including Chinese Cupping, Amno Fu Abdominal Massage, Mobilisation, Spinal release, Pelvic and Cranial Balancing, Acupressure & Qi Gong

Treatments that be used in
K.O.R.E Therapy
Amno Fu Abdominal Massage
Muscle testing is used to identify areas of imbalance in the organs. A massage is performed using specialised organ massage techniques. When the body experiences muscle weakness & emotional disorders, it can be a sign of internal organ dysfunction. This can be caused by twisting, blockages and torsions in the abdomen affecting normal peristalsis, blood and body fluid movements, which in turn can cause a breakdown of the body’s immune system
Cranial-Sacral Stress Balancing
This is a form of treatment focusing and regulating the flow of cerebrospinal fluid by using a therapeutic touch to manipulate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. Light touches to a patient’s skull, face, spine and pelvis and will listen to the cranial rhythm through the movement in the client’s body.
Traditional Chinese Cupping
A wonderful treatment for areas that are too tender to touch. A vacuum created by a flame causes a lack of oxygen in the cup, and anchors it onto the skin. It pulls it upward on the inside of the glass as the air inside the jar cools. This helps draw up blood stagnation, lymph fluid and toxins, allowing fresh blood to enter the area which will improve the flow of Qi energy in the meridian lines. It can also release compression of the nerves, which in many cases, can alleviate minor pain
Acupressure
Acupressure is an ancient art, which uses the fingers to gradually press key points that run along the meridian lines, which, it is believed, stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these acupressure points are stimulated, it is thought they release muscular tension, which can promote circulation of the blood and enhance the body’s life force and energy, to promote an overall sense of well-being.
Qi Gong
A gentle but powerful treatment using one’s own intention to control and manipulate the movement of Qi energy, restoring the feel of mental, spiritual and physical well-being
Tuina Massage
Tuina which means “pushing and grasping” addresses the same points used in acupuncture. Tuina changes the chi energy that runs through the meridian system, which changes the bio information of the body
